Dear Readers,

When I started teaching... I started reading. I read all the 6-8 grade literature and then more. I now LOVE reading and ALWAY have a book on my dresser. Reading lets my mind wonder into a new world without diapers and crying babies. But reading is more fun when you share. For this blog I will write about the GOOD books I read. I will write about books that are worthy of reading and ones I truly recommend. Enjoy your readings.

Surviving Hitler by O. Hakan Palm

My mother reccomended this book to me.  She read the whole thing in a few days and couldn't put it down.  My husband and father then read it and so it came highly recommended.  This is the first WWII book that I have read from a Jewish solders point of view.  As well as a rich, privileged Jewish woman.  These two find eachother and find The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  It's a love story and a very sad story.
