Dear Readers,

When I started teaching... I started reading. I read all the 6-8 grade literature and then more. I now LOVE reading and ALWAY have a book on my dresser. Reading lets my mind wonder into a new world without diapers and crying babies. But reading is more fun when you share. For this blog I will write about the GOOD books I read. I will write about books that are worthy of reading and ones I truly recommend. Enjoy your readings.

Rebeckah by Orson Scott Card

This is the second book in the series of 3. The first book was Sarah(which I LOVED). Rebekah was a slower read for me. A lot of parts dragged on and I even fell asleep reading a couple of times (that never happens with good books). But there isn't a lot said about Rebekah in the scriptures, so Card had to drag it on. I did gain a lot more respect for Rebekah. She was a righteous woman who God choose to marry the prophet, Isaac.
