Dear Readers,

When I started teaching... I started reading. I read all the 6-8 grade literature and then more. I now LOVE reading and ALWAY have a book on my dresser. Reading lets my mind wonder into a new world without diapers and crying babies. But reading is more fun when you share. For this blog I will write about the GOOD books I read. I will write about books that are worthy of reading and ones I truly recommend. Enjoy your readings.

Still Alice by Lisa Genova

A friend recommended this book to me, and I listened to it on tape. It is about Alice who gets Alzheimer's at an early age of 50. It is her and her families struggle with this disease. I really enjoyed learning about the stages of Alzheimer since I had a Grandfather that struggled with this same disease. I remember visiting my Grandfather and he didn't even know who I was.
Still Alice talks show the true stages of Alzheimer and how it feels.
